I was escorted naked back to hotel room by security person and have no memory of anything that happened. It was July 2017 at Hotel Cozumel all inclusive. My husband went up to hotel room to nap while I stayed poolside. I am not a heavy drinker and only drink on vacation. I had ordered a rum and diet from pool bar. It was around 3 PM when I last recall anything. It was well after dark at approximately 8 PM when I was escorted naked to my hotel room and have absolutely no memory of anything since 3 PM. The security person pushed me through hotel door and then turned and ran away when my husband answered the knock. I woke up naked in bed the next morning still with no memory of previous nights events. My husband was furious with me as he thought I just was down partying and taking my clothes off I guess. I was 55 years old and am a large woman who would NEVER knowingly take my clothes off in public. No one knows how they found where my hotel room was. I spoke with hotel management next morning an they have no video showing me drunk or naked at pool. They interviewed security staff from previous night and no one admits escorting a naked woman back to hotel. After discussing all this with my husband he calmed down a lot and is no longer furious as he realized something was done to me and is being covered up. I am sick inside as I do not know if I was raped. Within a month of returning home, my routine blood tests showed extremely elevated liver enzymes. After running a gamut of tests, CT Scans, Fibroscans, Endoscopy, Ultrasounds and finally liver biopsy I was told I have Stage 4 liver cirrhosis. This from someone who would maybe drink 2 beers a year and a few rum and diet cokes on vacation. I believe I was drugged or poisoned with methanol in my drink.
