A couple of years ago, my husband and I stayed at the Grand Solmar resort lands end in Cabo. We were at the pool bar for happy hour. I had 2 margaritas and Jell-O shots were brought out. My husband and I each had one. Shortly after, I remember leaving the pool and trying to get back to my room. I had to lean against the wall because I could barely stand. My husband found me lying in our bathroom. I had been sick. I have no recollection of how I got in my room. Nothing was taken. My husband had a similar experience. He left shortly after I did and was violently ill before he even got back to the room. He had some lapses of memory. We both had the 2 margaritas and a Jell-O shot. After reading these stories, I feel very lucky. It could have been much worse. I don't know if we were slipped something in the shots or bad alcohol.
